Group Training Registration

 To reserve your spot , please complete the registration form below. Early registration is recommended, as class sizes are limited to ensure personalized attention and quality experience for all participants. When completed, please go to the shop located on our website and process payment.  It is a monthly fee. Processed payments will confirm your spot. See you soon!

Select the following classes you will attend*

Class Description: Our group training classes are designed to deliver a comprehensive, high quality workout in an efficient 30 to 45- minute. Each session incorporates a balanced combination of the following:

  •  High Intensity Interval Training 

  • Resistance and Weight Training

  • Functional Movement

  • Flexibility and Mobility

Eligibility:  Ages 13 and older ( All fitness levels are welcomed) 


Guidelines: To ensure safety and optimal performance, we ask that all participants arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start time. This allows adequate time for check-in, preparation, and warm up.
